Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Okirus Solutions Inc., operating as RevOptimus (“RevOptimus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting the privacy of our Clients and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with our services and website.

1. Information We Collect

Client business information: Name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and billing information collected during purchase, onboarding, and service delivery.

Client-provided lead data: Contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, job titles, and other fields included in data exports provided by the Client for processing as part of our services (Optimus Pipeline Activation, Signal-Driven Revenue OS, or Revenue OS Management Layer).

Service usage data: Communications between the Client and RevOptimus, call notes, system access logs, and performance data generated during engagements.

Website data: Standard web analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

2. How We Use Information

Client business information is used to deliver services, process payments, communicate about engagements, and provide support.

Client-provided lead data is used exclusively to deliver the purchased service on the Client’s behalf. This includes data cleaning, verification, scoring, structuring, system design, workflow configuration, and deploying campaigns where applicable. We do not use Client lead data for our own marketing, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose other than delivering the purchased service.

Service usage data is used to track engagement progress, generate reports, and improve service delivery.

3. Third-Party Services

RevOptimus uses third-party platforms to deliver services. Client data may be transmitted to these platforms solely for the purpose of service delivery:

  • Payment processing: Stripe processes payments. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy.
  • Email sending infrastructure: Where applicable, reactivation emails are sent through managed email sending platforms. Client lead data (names and email addresses) is transmitted to these platforms solely for campaign delivery.
  • Data verification: Email verification services are used to validate contact data. Only email addresses are transmitted for verification.
  • Automation and workflow platforms: Automation platforms are used to orchestrate data processing, campaign deployment, and system operations.
  • Data delivery: Google Sheets or equivalent platforms are used to deliver structured pipeline data to Clients.

We do not sell, rent, or trade Client data to any third party. Third-party services are used only as necessary to deliver the purchased service.

4. Data Retention

Client-provided lead data is retained for the duration of the service period plus 30 calendar days following service completion, after which it is permanently deleted from all RevOptimus systems. For Revenue OS engagements, retention periods are defined in the applicable Service Agreement.

Client business information (name, email, company, payment records) is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a period of 7 years thereafter for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

Anonymized performance data (e.g., average cleanup rates, typical score distributions, system performance benchmarks) may be retained indefinitely for internal benchmarking. This data cannot be used to identify any Client or individual contact.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Client data. This includes encrypted data transmission, access controls, and secure storage practices. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Client Rights

Clients have the right to request access to their data held by RevOptimus, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of their data (subject to legal retention requirements), request information about how their data is used, and withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address provided below.

7. Anti-Spam Compliance

RevOptimus complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Where applicable, reactivation emails sent as part of services are sent on behalf of the Client based on the Client’s existing relationship with their contacts. All campaign emails include a clear unsubscribe mechanism. Contacts who unsubscribe are immediately removed from active campaigns and flagged in the Client’s pipeline data.

8. International Data Transfers

RevOptimus is based in Ontario, Canada. Client data may be processed in Canada and the United States through our third-party service providers. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and processing of data in these jurisdictions.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

RevOptimus may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated to active Clients via email. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
